"A Change of Scenery"

The Superstition Mountains look beautiful adorned with a light dusting of snow. The beauty of the snow seems to hide the treacherous conditions contained within. Like these mountains, changing one's appearance does not change the person. It's what's within that matters. What is at their center? In order to change we must not only change our behaviors but also our character.

I personally have struggled with this. Although I made several changes, it was not until I put God as my center that I began to see that I indeed had a purpose. I was awakened to a new set of goals and dreams.

"Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will." ~ Romans 12:2
